Who we are

DRA Business Services is a boutique consulting house providing pragmatic advice and interim management solutions for SMEs facing specific challenges.

Finance management

  • Organisations needing interim senior management to hand-hold the finance function during an interregnum or unplanned absence of their senior finance manager

Fees and disbursements

We will agree the basis of how and when we will bill you at the outset of any project. That may be on the basis of daily rates or a fixed price for a project, with interim billing at agreed milestones.

David Abrahams

David Abrahams is a chartered accountant who has spent over thirty years running finance functions in a range of businesses including LLPs,  privately owned companies, public companies and subsidiaries of PLCs.
He has run teams with both multi-cultural and multi-jurisdictional challenges. He has worked in rapidly expanding companies and handled the complex three way demerger of a LLP after the partners decided to go in different directions. 

David has also spent time as a management consultant with a leading firm of accountants working with clients on a range of assignments including being asked back to implement his recommendations.
